Anyone that has been avidly watching season 15 of Idols, must have recognised the powerful and sensational Qwabe twins! Viggy and Virginia Qwabe are part of the Top 17 and have garnered fans since the audition stage of the competition.
Their rich and distinctive voices are unmatched and have managed to stay true to themselves. Unknown viewers are not the only people that are vouching for the twins- they're family is also fully behind them.
Speaking to Daily Sun, parents of Viggy and Virginia Qwabe expressed their joy regarding the daughters' newly found fame. Their father, Lawrence told the publication that his twins destinies was written in the stars.
Elaborating more on his daughters', Lawrence said the following:
"My twins are a blessing to our family. When our church started they would sing and compose songs. Even when they were at school, teachers complained they were focusing more on music than school work. "
The year 2015 could have been a good one for the twins hence they had initially wanted to enter the competition during that year. However their parents feared that they were a tad young.
Fast forward to 2019 - the Qwabe twins are showing us flames!
The Qwabe family is based in Kwa Dukuza in Kwa Zulu Natal. Lawrence Qwabe is the founder of the Pure Freedom Christ and the upon recognising the twins on television, the church attendance has shot up the roof.
The streets of Twitter have also shown nothing but love to Viggy and Virginia:
