According to Fakaza, she did not enhance her body to appeal to men, as she told Tbo Touch on Metro FM's Afternoon Drive.

Sithelo said it starts with appreciation and appearance is everything to her. “I don’t do it for men, it’s for myself. It starts with you appreciating yourself and having more confidence in yourself. Appearance is everything for me," she said.

Continuing, Sithelo explained that she had no implant. Instead, she used fat from her abdomen to fill up her buttocks. "A lot of people think I have transplants [in my buttocks] but I don't.".

“Basically, they will take fat from a certain part of your body and transfer it to wherever you want. I took stubborn fat around my abdomen area and I wanted it in my buttocks, just to have a little bit of shape and I filled out my hips”.

It is known that surgical procedures are extremely expensive, and the DJ says they cost at least R100,000.

"I don’t know how much they charge here, I didn’t enquire. I knew what I wanted, and who could do it the way I wanted

“[It costs] at least R100 000, it could be more depending on how much work you need done”.

The DJ had to refute claims that Shauwn MKhize paid her R20 million to remain silent after her alleged domestic abuse allegations. "Let's get this one out of the way. I'm not the one to clear any rumors but let it be known where I stand, once and for all I remain in my truth. I am very appreciative of everyone who has shown me genuine support and aided in the success of all the signatories of the petition I put out. Due to the nature of this matter, I've protected myself and with my truth with my silence letting my attorneys deal with it as best as possible." she said.

In August Sithelo accused her baby daddy Andile Mpisane of abuse.
She shared pictures of her bruised face after an alleged domestic abuse tiff.

She claimed she had a miscarriage after Andile beat her to a pulp. “Let’s start with when I was beaten into a pulp and had a miscarriage at the hands of my so-called “victim” in a room full of his family and friends. Rushed to the nearest hospital and treated like nothing ever happened," she claimed

In a statement released by Royal AM founder Shauwn Mkhize, she claimed her family did not witness any abuse and Sithelo's allegations were false.

“I have been made aware of allegations made against my son, Andile Mpisane by Sithole Shozi on her Instagram account,” the statement starts. “I do not take lightly these accusations given my history and strong stance against gender-based violence. I do not and will never condone violence in any form or nature.”

“I would like to categorically state that neither myself nor my family have been witness to any alleged abuse. These allegations are false and defamatory. Given the nature, severity, and extent of these allegations, the matter has been referred to our legal team. It’s of the utmost importance that the law takes its course,” she said. But, Sithelo is still seeking justice and she has taken the matter to court.
