Tributes are pouring in following the untimely passing of Ukhozi FM Current Affairs News Anchor, Bongani Mavuso. Popular known as 'Qhawe' to those who were closest to him, Bongani Mavuso also played a huge role in grooming young and upcoming creatives.

It is with heavy hearts as Mzansi mourns yet another loss of one of the greatest news anchor. Bongani Mavuso spent most of his careers on the airwaves on Ukhozi FM's Current Affairs Shows, Abasiki Bebunda, Ezanamuhla as well as Ezisematheni.
Social media is abuzz as fans have conveyed their condolences to the family as well as the colleagues at the South African Broadcasting Corporation, Ukhozi FM in Kwazulu-Natal. Taking to social media, fans have gravely extended their deepest gratitude to have had an honor to know Bongani Mavuso through the radio station, Ukhozi FM.
