South African musician Zonke Dikana has the biggest grin on her face thanks to her album, Work of Heart, going platinum - 10 months after its release1
The album went gold in November 2015, shortly after its release, and continues to be a favourite with music lovers.
Zonke took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the offering's latest milestone.
The afro-soul singer proudly showed off her platinum selling album frame she received for going platinum.
She also took a trip down memory lane, highlighting her other career achievements.
"It was 15 years ago when I started in the music business, 2003 I released my debut album (Soulitary) in Europe, 2006 I released my first album in SA (Life, Love 'n Music) 2011 my 2nd (Ina Ethe) triple Platinum it sold, 2013 came my platinum selling dvd (Give 'n Take), today I received a platinum award for my latest album (Work Of Heart)."
Zonke thanked her fans for always supporting her music and helping her albums do well in the industry.
"Thank you so much for the love and endless support, it's given me longevity. I always go against the grain but you always shelter me from the rain. Thank you for loving me."
