After YouTuber Rea Gopane spoke ill of Bonang Matheba in public, repeatedly, she took him to court and won. And now she has gone on a suing spree, which Mzansi is convinced is the only way for her to stay relevant.

Queen B took to Twitter to celebrate her big win against the YouTuber. She said that even though she knows he does not have the money to pay the damages, it wasn’t really all about the money. Rather, she saw the opportunity to teach a lesson to him and others like him who think it is okay to defame and humiliate others in public for fun.
As the news hit social media, so did rumours that she was suing someone else – her former manager. In October 2021, she announced online that she had parted ways with her management company. She said she suspected them of criminal behaviour and felt like they had mismanaged her brand.
“Today I announce that I have terminated the contract with them and they no longer represent me, or any of my business ventures.
“Furthermore, I have instructed my lawyers to investigate the possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives. I will revert over the next few days with more updates so that others can be aware of what I consider as their unsavory behaviour,” her statement read.

Although she did not mention names, it was clear that she meant Celebrity Services SA, seeing as they responded shortly after.
"For the record, @Bonang Ms Matheba is currently in breach of multiple contracts with various clients as she has been derelict to these brands and indeed her own for the past six months.
"There is no merit in these scandalous allegations, we look forward to the day in court with @Bonang; exposing the false and half truths that she has been spreading,” their statement read.
Well, it seems like the day in court is finally here, and Bonang will be going head to head with them in court.

But tweeps think she may be going a bit overboard with the lawsuits. They believe that she has fallen far as an entertainment brand, although her businesses may be doing fine. So they believe that staying in the spotlight for lawsuits is the only way that she can stay relevant, since nobody really recognises or talks about her anymore.
Rea seems to believe the same too, although it’s surprising that he is still throwing shade when he will be paying her for the next 30 years of his life.
