Nota Baloyi ruffled feathers when he alleged that Drip Footwear and Bathu do not manufacture their items locally. This angered Cassper Nyovest, who works with Drip, and he schooled people like Nota on why it is not ideal to hate on local brands.

The music executive trended when he slammed these proudly South African brands. He took to social media to relay his thoughts about the way in which they operate, saying they are creating job opportunities internationally instead of locally.

"Until Bathu, Drip etc. start manufacturing locally instead of creating jobs in Asia & dumping job killing products at our ports. Enough is enough, we canโ€™t support black businesses that exploit this economy that uses slave labour by making our workers compete with China & India."

Responding to the many people who hated on him for these sentiments, including Sol Phenduka, he said, "They are destroying jobs. They are destroying manufacturing. The jobs are being created in Asia not in SA. Employ 200 people what? Be paid minimum wage like most retail workers?"

Cassper Nyovest was not impressed by this so he took some cold jabs at Nota, and all the people hating on these brands. "What we are not gonna do is hate on Drip and Bathu. That's self-hate, taking us 10 steps back. It's stupid and that's not what we do. Besides, those guys are creating hundreds of permanent jobs around the country. The brands are way too strong. It's on auto pilot now. Just forget about it."

But that's not all, Cassper even took aim at the people dictating to other people on how they should run their businesses, "I also don't understand the obsession of telling people what to do with their businesses when they built it with their time, blood and sweat when we were busy dancing to Adiwele. The worst ones are failed entrepreneurs who have nothing going but they wanna give people advice."

Bathu works wit local personalities Khanyi Mbau and Somizi. Drip footwear works with Cassper Nyovest for their R100 million game changing deal.

Nota and Cassper Nyovest do not get a long and he made that very clear. Their beef spans for years and we can't really name any industry people Nota gets a long with. He has beefed with Nasty C, Black Coffee, Ntsiki Mazwai, Zooci Coke Dope, Kwesta, Stogie T and Makwa to name just but a few.

Just a few days ago, he said Cassper is a fraud after purchasing his pricey McLaren claiming that the rapper does not own it.

Cassper did not even try to prove that he does own the vehicle, instead he continued flaunting it.

With all his rants, people always drag his wife Berita, sympathizing with her, for whatever reason. Clapping back at those people, Berita said, " Attention...There are some people on this app that think they can come for me just because my husband has a public persona. You are crossing the line now. Please keep my name out of it. Respect please. Only love and light from my end. I donโ€™t have time for nonsense!"
