The Authority has taken several shots at rapper Kwesta following his recent interview with Mac G on his Podcast and Chill series. Nota Baloyi stays raining on his parade ever since they became sworn enemies.

Nota believes that the award-winning rapper and father of two is broke and suffers from alcohol abuse. A whole Kwesta? Yes, Nota seems to think so, and he made these assumptions following his interview with the podcast guru.
On the podcast episode, Kwesta slammed Nota by saying he still lives under the assumption that he is his artist, whereas they parted ways a long time ago. Nota used to be Kwesta's manager, but Kwesta says the authority thinks he 'made him' to be the rapper he is today and also that he signed him to his 'label.'
On Instagram, Nota commented on a post relating to Kwesta and said the rapper is an apparent alcohol abuser who is broke. This was shared by a YouTube channel Mzansi A-Listers, and when Nota saw the post he took another jab at Kwesta by saying he owes him a great deal because he handles his royalties.
'Wow this is sad, please don't laugh at my pain. At least he still has me to ensure he gets some royalties, I tried my best but I guess it wasn't good enough,' he tweeted.
According to the YT video, Nota wrote on Instagram, "His alcoholism and lying screwed him over, not me. He needs rehab and to tell us who owns Rap Lyfe because I don't want the tax man coming for me for something I know nothing about."
On Twitter, Nota got a little cocky by saying he afforded Kwesta his SMEG toaster whilst he owns a Safeway toaster. Just recently, Nota got dragged to court after allegedly defaming Black Coffee by calling him an abuser. DJ Black Coffee appeared at the Randburg Magistrate Court to hear about the cease and desist order he brought against Nota.
At some point Nota accused Black Coffee of sending police to harass him after they had a disagreement. Nota allegedly had his phone taken away from him and then arrested for reckless driving and assaulting a police officer. However, Black Coffee, therefore, accused Nota of defamation after he allegedly called him an abuser.
He was called to order and told to apologise, and so he did, well kind of.
“As for your claim that I defamed your character I’m sorry to break it to you but it wasn’t me. Your skeletons will come tumbling out the closet and you won’t be able to single handedly stop that. Apologies again and Happy Easter I hope all your children are gifted with your presence and not just presents. Who knows maybe you can start being a exemplary father at 45!”
