As Mzansi eagerly awaits the premiere of Mohale Motaung's highly anticipated tell-all interview where he will spill the beans about his alleged toxic marriage with his estranged ex-husband Somizi Mhlongo, the influencer is trending on Twitter again.
This follows after a Twitter account named Whistle Blowers RSA, accused him of unduly benefiting from a NSFAS social media campaign worth more than R5 million.
The Twitter account claimed Mohale was awarded the contract by his alleged sugar daddy NSFAS spokesperson Kagisho Mamabolo. The account exposed Mamabolo and the then Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training Mdu Manana’s alleged shenanigans where they allegedly lure young man to their "sex ring" and offer them expensive vacations and lunches in exchange for sex.
Mohale has laughed off rumours that he benefited over R5 million from the social media campaign. The actor was responding to his friend Peace who jokingly asked him which woman does he consults with? Mohale replied " Chomi sbwl."
Tweeps have reacted to the claims.Showmax recently announced that it will release a tell-all special in which Mohale spills more details about his estranged ex-husband Somizi Mhlongo. Mohale sat down with news anchor Aldrin Sampear, and he discussed his alleged toxic marriage with Somizi.

In the trailer Mohale said he was happy until certain things stated to happen “I was really myself when I was with him and I could express myself in many ways… I was happy until certain things started to happen… Like the control and constantly being reminded that I bring nothing to the table except my pretty face.”
The trailer also shows Mohale addressing his abuse allegations against Somizi. “I remember him saying that he needs to mess up my face,” Mohale says to Aldrin, before the trailer cuts to him talking about how, “I crawled down the stairs.” The trailer then ends with Aldrin asking Mohale why he didn’t open a case. Mohale: On the Record will premiere on 4 August 2022, first on Showmax
On the other hand Lasizwe recently dropped a big hint in an interview on KayaFM that him and Mohale are an item.
“The moment you actually listen to this guy and listen to this story and you hear how he is not just anyone but someone who just wants to be loved, cared about and has dreams and ambitions,” he told Dineo Ranaka.
He revealed that this particular person had a big wedding in the public eye and he is currently embroiled in a nasty divorce.
“I always say that life is a road trip and the people that are in your car chose to be in your car. There’ll be bumps but if we decide to stop at a garage and you say that you don’t want to continue in this car, I’m for that.
