Artist Naak MusiQ has a very interesting boxing match coming up and he has been training. But as his training video hit social media, fans are losing all faith in him.
Remember when Cassper Nyovest completely annihilated celebrity hater and YouTuber Slik Talk recently? Well there's no denying that Cassper is a business genius and he immediately turned celebrity boxing into a franchise of sorts.
As soon as his fight with Slik was over, television heart-throb NaakMusiQ stepped into the ring with the challenge of his own. As Casper was riding the high from his win, he threw a few names around of people who would like to box next. Naak was one of them and he immediately accepted the challenge.
The pair's boxing match is set to happen on 8th of April 2022, at the Superbowl in Sun City. As the clock struck midnight and the new year began, fans of the two artists geared up for what is going to be one of the most exciting moments in 2022.
As the day draws closer, Naak is finally taking it seriously and has started training. He recently shared a video of himself at the gym. But as the video was reshared on Twitter, Mzansi chose to clown him for it.
According to esteemed social media critics, the training video was a total disaster. His form is terrible, he is slow and out of shape, and was panting a few seconds in. Now tweeps are wondering whether he's worth betting on at all.
Fans responded with old videos of Cassper training, which cemented the opinion that Naak will lose horribly in April. At the time the challenge was initially made everyone asked Cassper to drop out. I mean have you seen the two of them? Naak's muscles have muscles.
Now the tides have turned, and Naak's fans no longer think he is worth betting on. They believe Cassper will moer him, if the two training videos are anything to go by. But some of Naak's fans have chosen to keep the faith, although it does sound like they are burying their heads in the sand.
According to Cassper, Naak only looks intimidating because he's built. But boxing is much more than just body build, it includes a lot of footwork and strategy, and Cassper is confident that he has what Naak lacks.
Well, all we can do is wait and see, isn't it? The match is less than 3 months away, and whatever the outcome, we are sure to be entertained.
So having seen both training videos, who would you put your money on?
