We always see global superstars announcing world tours, but never include African countries in their line-ups. We never thought Trevor Noah would be one of those global celebrities to ditch his home country. The comedian just announced that he will be going on a stand-up comedy world tour.

Trevor Noah is excited to announce his Back To Normal World Tour which kicks off in September. His first stop is in America and all the other dates announced are in American cities and a few from Europe. Which makes many people wonder why call it a World Tour if other parts of the world are side lined.
"I’m excited to announce my first-ever digital collectible! This is a limited-edition collectible that commemorates my upcoming tour," Trevor announced.
This tour, as explained by the title, is about things going back to normal following the global pandemic and how he is now finally free to do what he loves. “The pandemic shut us down for a while but now we are back . I'll be on the road in the fall.”
His followers called him out for lying about calling it a world tour when he will only be performing in selected cities. He laughed it off and said he will be adding more dates in future.
"UK, Iceland, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany, & Canada dates are already up on my website! Will be adding more world to the world tour soon. Stay tuned."Last month, Trevor announced that comedy kings Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock urged him to get back on stage and his obedient self agreed to it. "When you haven’t been on stage in almost a year and Chappelle tells you it’s time to get back on stage, you get back on stage!
"Few things in this life have meant more to me than having these two legends as my mentors and friends. All 3 of us share a love for stand up that only fellow comedians can truly understand, and it’s easy to keep that love going when you get to share a stage with the greatest to ever do it! DC. It’s time to get back on stage, let’s do this people!"
Clearly Trevor is enjoying the spotlight and rubbing shoulders with Hollywood greats. A few weeks back, a picture of him fist bumping Beyonce went viral and broke his silence about it being one of the best moments of his career.
"I’ve thought of every possible caption for this picture but really what can I write? You’re at the @brooklynnets game, the King of Brooklyn walks in with his wife @beyonce and then they both fist bump you. You try to act cool but then later you see a picture of the moment and you realise that this life is insane!!!
"What a privilege and magical moment to experience in life. And even though magic happens to me every day, I hope the little South African boy inside of me never stops reminding me that I’m living a dream," he captioned the iconic picture.
