Fans of Loliwe hitmaker Zahara, are worried about her after news that her home in Johannesburg might allegedly be auctioned. Fans of the star are growing tired of the countless misfortunes Zahara faces and have had enough. A few people on social media are calling for others to join forces and help Zahara financially.

If reports are anything to go by, it is alleged that Zahara is in arrears of up to R17 665.40, which is made up of 6 months worth of missed payments. The star had reportedly taken out a loan of R1.9 million for her townhouse in Roodeport.

This sad news sparked the whole Loliwe royalties issue once again and a video of Zahara speaking about this resurfaced. In the video, Zahara is encouraging her fans who claim that they care about her to actively demand answers from the recording companies who are allegedly withholding her monies.

"If you guys say you love me, you need to go to these companies, SAMRO, Share Public and our record labels Universal TS Records, and find DJ Sbu and TK Nciza. If you really care about me...I can't be fighting alone, I do not have money to pay for lawyers. My money is sitting there, that same money I can even build a clinic at my village.

"But you guys are only enticed by what you see on TV. I wrote Loliwe alone. DJ Sbu does not know anything about Lolilwe. I wrote Loliwe and performed it on the streets with people giving me coins. Today they all know Loliwe?" said a furious Zahara.
This is not the first time such reports surfaced as Zahara was asked about it by MacG on Podcast And Chill. She said those 2019 reports of her home being repossessed are not true. She said she bought her home, cash using her royalty money.

Social media is getting worried and have decided to assist Zahara in anyway possible.

According to Drum, her home was broken into and some thief stole her  awards. β€œThere was no break-in at the house. Everything was exactly where I found it,β€œ Zahara told the publication. β€œThe thief did not take anything else besides the six SAMAs and I want them back.”

Many fingers pointed at DJ Sbu and he decided to lawyer up against a Twitter blogger Musa Khawula who said this, "DJ Sbu who is rumored to have sent his thug friends to steal 6 of Zahara's awards sets to release 10 NFT pieces on the 30th April 2022. These allegations follow DJ Sbu after he swindled Zahara of her Loliwe funds."

DJ Sbu had repeatedly addressed his beef with Zahara and once told TshisaLive at the time that, β€œI built myself from nothing, I've never sought an opportunity to benefit from someone or try take somebody else's money. When I met Zahara I was already rich, I could never take a single cent of Zahara's money,” he told the publication.

β€œActually it's the other way around. My younger sister Zahara, I cannot even say she owes me, it was just my duty to help out other people.  don't expect anything in return. I'm just excited about the history that we've made together. Even my fellow fallen soldiers who passed on, may their souls rest in peace. I think I go down in the history  of South African music and I'll still continue releasing music.”
