Vusi Nova has according to him not rebranded, but he has just introduced a whole new character called Snova and Mzansi is not feeling him. Vusi Nova was a much loved Afro Soul/RnB singer who gave us hits such as As'phelelanga, Ngikuthandile and so much more, but Mzansi is not sure if his altar ego, Snova will live up to Vusi's star power as he is an Amapiano artist.

Not only did Vusi Nova change his name and music genre, but he has also completely changed his image. The way he dresses and his hairstyle has gotten quiet the makeover that tweeps had to do some bit of digging to find out how much did he fork out to have his new hairstyle.
According to a blogger, Vusi Nova spent approximately R3500 to have his new wig/weave installed. For the whole look to work, one must be completely bald which could also mean that Vusi Nova is bald.
"According to Pat's Perfect Beauty Salon to install Vusi Nova's Brazillian kinky hair costs R3500. The wig is strictly for people who are bald," he wrote.
Vusi released his new Amapiano single called Shuku Shuku and did not move the streets as he had anticipated.
Vusi did mention that he has not re-branded, but he has just introduced his altar ego, ”Shuku Shuku by Snova is finally out and is available on all digital platforms. Let the weekend begin! By the way, Vusi Nova is not rebranding. He just let out his alter ego Snova to play with other kids."
But when Vusi posted an image of himself a follower told him to remove his wig but he cussed her off which could mean he is not wearing a wig and dismissed the disrespect.
But some people are convinced that Snova is a clone and it is not the real Vusi Nova. Reacting to a TikTok video, Vusi laughed his lungs out at the cloning claims.
But the assumptions became weirder and weirder as people though Somizi is behind this. If you think about it, Somizi + Vusi Nova = S’Nova. Makes sense right?
This only made people still think that Vusi Nova is in the closet and that he should be true to himself already which is crazy. The obsession of dictating how people should live their lives is very high on these social media streets.
Recently, Vusi Nova was linked to Lasizwe Dambuza but he said they are just bible study buddies.

“I have known Somizi for 16 years. I met him before I even got into the music industry. He’s so real and supportive. Somizi is one of those genuine people that believes that if you have a dream, no matter how big, you can work towards it and achieve it.
"His success has been motivation for me to believe this is possible. Somizi is living proof that reaching your dreams is possible. It’s not often you find someone you are able to trust with your life and when you do find someone like this, it’s important to nurture that relationship.

Despite having been hurt numerous times, Vusi still believes in love, “Even though I’ve gone through so much in terms of my romantic relationships, I still believe in love. I’ve dusted myself off and I’m moving forward, there’s no time to move back, there’s no time to look back ndiyaphambili. I still believe in love," he said in a radio interview.
