Kelly wrote an emotional tribute to Senzo on her Tumblr blog on Monday morning.

Senzo was killed at her family home in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg.

The singer says that while time heals, she will never let go of him, because she does not want to.

She also reminisced about the love they shared for each other.

“It was a terrible thing that happened. An unimaginable tragedy. Senzo was more than just a lover to me; he was a part of me. The bond we shared, its indestructability scared me. I always thought to myself, what kind of love is this that I have for this man? And you know that I have been heartbroken and disappointed before so I was no longer good at being gullible. It turned out I didn’t need to be naive to love him. Because love doesn’t need that. We saw each other, knew each other and loved each other as we were,” she wrote.

Kelly added that she is grateful for the greatest gift Senzo gave her, their daughter Thingo.

“We made love and named her Thingo. And even in his absence, Love still resembles him in an almost creepy way. I will always be grateful to him for her and for everything we shared. For how much stronger he made me. Love can grow you, it is true. The love that we shared made a woman out of me.”

Senzo’s wife Mandisa Mkhize paid tribute to the father of her seven-year-old daughter earlier this month.

"1st of October, it was suppose to be our anniversary,it was a beautiful day but God plans can never be changed. That moment when you want answers and your child is asking u questions.where do I start trying to explain heaven and why people go there. Why they don't come back? Try and explain that to a 7yr old and still have straight face acting strong and not cry but deep down u feel like screaming and telling her I also don't understand why good people die . Its supoz to be the happiest day," she captioned a picture of them on their wedding day.

No arrests have been made in the case.
