Thandiswa Mazwai Celebrates Her Girlfriend

Yesterday award-winning singer and Bongo Maffin queen Thandiswa Mazwai was celebrating her girlfriend’s birthday. Anika was celebrating her 40th birthday. The pair have been together for 15 years.

Taking to Instagram to wish Anika a happy birthday, Thandiswa wrote: “Happy birthday my love. With perky tits and a flat stomach at 40, there is a lot of hope for you. Thank you for being my rock and my comfort. Thank you for being such a f*cking awesome human! All my love always my Indian gyal. ”
Speaking about when they first met, she tweeted: “It’s my girlfriend's birthday today Party popper when we first met she made this t-shirt and wore it to one of my gigs. she is Indian. We have been together for 15yrs!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE”
Thandiswa also gave her fans a sneak peek inside Anika’s birthday party. She shared a video of herself doing the DbnGogo challenge at the party.

“Safe to say my girlfriend's party was epic! I mean when DbnGogo came, played a set and then...#Dbngogochallence but make it with the actual dbngogo,” she wrote.
Last month Thandiswa and her baby daddy Stoan were celebrating their daughter Malaika’s 21st birthday.
Taking to Twitter to wish his daughter a great birthday, Stoan tweeted: “21years ago my life was saved by becoming your father. From that day I had someone else besides my mom with a direct link to my blood, someone to live for. All credit & thanks to your mom.”
Malaika also tweeted thanking her mother for the love.
“Thank you for carrying me for 9 months and insuring I have a safe landing. thank you for showing me a love I’ll never forget. thank you for being my best friend and mom in one. thank you for allowing this day to be about us. happy 21-anniversary mama @thandiswamazwai I love you.”
Her aunt Ntsiki Mazwai wrote: “One of the best things that ever happened to me turns 21 today Happy Birthday Malaika Mazwai our beloved princess.”
Still on birthdays, TV personality Bonnie Mbuli also recently took to Twitter to wish her younger sister a happy birthday. She tweeted: “4 the longest time, I was just the one who came before u, held responsible for everything! then one day,u saved me! U ground me when I’ve forgotten how to live, I call myself blessed because of you, I love you so much @koketsombuli, does God not grant grace in the form of a sister?”
