Black Panther has become the most tweeted about movie of all time, the Marvel movie has been mentioned more than 5 million times on Twitter.
The Black Panther movie has broken yet another record as it is now the most tweeted about movie, having over 5 million mentions following their Box office record that saw them bagging over R16.8 million with nearly 200 000 attendances for the three-day opening weekend on the 16th -18th February 2018.
Many influencers and Marvel movie fans have flooded cinemas dressed up in African themed attire whilst sharing their views and excitement about the movie on Twitter using the hashtags #BlackPanther #Wakanda #WakandaForever.
The Kendrick Lamar soundtrack - which our mzanzi ZAlebs contributed to - was retweeted over 240 000 times, since its release in February.
