Legendary actor Israel Matseke-Zulu has melted the hearts of many South Africans, after paying Zola 7 a visit at his home. Following reports that Zola 7 was ill, the masses have shown him overwhelming support.

Israel and Zola have been friends for more than a decade now and we love to see it. The pair captivated many South Africans with their acting chops on Yizo Yizo in the early 2000s. Israel played the iconic role of Boyza while Zola played a notorious gangster.

In a video that Israel shared on his Instagram account he can be heard opening up to Zola about battling with gangrene that led to the amputation of his right leg. In light of his amputated leg, he jokes about how fast he is now. He then assured Mzansi that they are not going to die anytime soon.

He captioned the video "I had a wonderful time with Guluva @jamazola7 , reminiscing about impilo, our careers, Yizo-Yizo, the friendship, and how God namaDlozi have been great to both of us. We are not going to die anytime soon izinja. Ngiyajabula to see you Baba wam. Namanje!"
It is beautiful to see the legends still showing love to each other. There is no doubt that the two have endured a lot of misfortunes lately. Israel recently became the victim of a death hoax.

In a statement released through his PR team, Israel said he is alive, well, and recovering at home surrounded by family members. “The rumor of the passing of GP-MaOrange remains that: rumor. They are an annual occurrence without fail. Israel is very much alive, recovering at home with family, and in high spirits. He will be celebrating his birthday on the 28th of December, and maybe those wishing him dead will for once have an opportunity to wish him long life then. He saw the rumor and just laughed it off,” reads the statement.

Zola has also been hogging the headlines lately after reports emerged that he was unable to take care of his children, because he was struggling both physically and financially. To get him back on his feet, South Africans have helped him with donations.

He recently debunked rumours that he received R1 million from MamKhize. The reality show star recently invited Zola to her Sandton mansion where they spent quality time together. Reports then emerged that MamKhize gave him R1 million but Zola has since denied this.

"To Mamkhize you are one of a kind and we hope that you are not discouraged by this incorrect reportings, to assist where you can. You have given Zola, love, hope and joy and that is a blessing on its own," he said. Zola revealed that MaMkhize is working on something and we hope it will change his life for a better.
