Everybody has been struggling to cope with Riky Rick’s sudden death, and now Khanyi Mbau has broken her silence on it, for the first time. She encouraged fans to reach out to celebrities.
Losing Riky to depression really brought home the idea that many people are not getting better emotionally and mentally, they are just getting better at faking being okay. There has been an open conversation on cyberbullying and how many lives it has cost, as people have been crying for us all to be kinder to each other.

But others have been wondering how we can help each other if everyone is pretending to be something they are not. A few social media users have raised the issue that most of what we see online is fake. According to one fan, celebrities often fake their lifestyles, pretending that everything is glamorous and great, even though the situation is dire behind closed doors.

The post was reshared by a popular Mzansi gossip blog, and caught Khanyi’s attention. Responding to the post, she said that it is not just celebrities who are struggling, rather everybody is going through a tough time right now.

She then encouraged fans to reach out to the celebrities they have identified and think may be going through the most, and just speak life to them. You never know when you may be saving a life.

The actress recently brought the country to a standstill with a very raunchy scene on her new TV show, The Wife. The whole country was shook by the scene, causing a discussion on social media of how exactly sex scenes work on TV. Do the actors actually get nude? It seems so, because Khanyi’s tattoo, which is in a very interesting location, was visible in the scene.

The scene undoubtedly drove massive numbers of views for the show. In fact, the show has made waves since it started only recently, and has already surpassed some industry OGs in the short time it has been on.

But it seems that not everyone enjoyed the show as much as the fans did. Her brother Lungile, was very disappointed to watch the scene. He and her other brother, comedian Lasizwe Dambuza, watched the scene together. And while Lasizwe was in shock and amused, Lungile flipped out and said he would never watch the show again.
She also recently gave an interview on the show, and talked about her favourite things about it. And we hope it continues to have a good run; she is doing an amazing job.
