Season three of The Real Housewives of Durban is currently affirming why this was the first local franchise to premiere in the US. This is as the current season is three episodes deep but fans are already touting this local franchise as the best one to come out of the country to date.

In three seasons, it seems that viewers have already depleted the amount of “yoh” they could give. So much so that there is a call for Showmax to stop releasing a single episode a week and for the paid video-on-demand subscription platform to just release the entire third season in one go.
Primarily, this can be attributed to the touching return of season two main cast member Londie London as she returned as a friend of the show sharing the emotional end to her relationship with Hlubi Nkosi. Secondly, the introduction of disruptor Saneliswe “Sane the Chef” Bhengu has every in their feelings including the cast members like Annie Mthembu.

RHOD
’s Annie is ready to confront Jojo

Episode three of RHOD was filled with a number of explosive moments. One, in particular, was the lunch between Nonku Williams, Jojo Robinson, and Sane the Chef. The two main cast members were there to confront Sane over the manner in which she attacked the women during her first “impromptu” appearance in episode two.

However, things did not go as planned as Sane all but denied or feigned amnesia over the comments she made in the previous episode directed at Londie London. Moreover, she then dragged Annie by alleging that “she slept her way to the top,” due to starting out as her now husband’s PA  before becoming a businesswoman with a successful salon.
While Nonku defended Annie during the interaction, Jojo kept quiet and went on to spread the rumour during her event when she told Sorisha the hot tea. Suffice it to say that when Annie watched the episode, similar to the viewers she was livid.
But it seems not at Sane, who has been labelled as thirsty for her actions on the reality show, Annie seems incensed by the lack of defence that Jojo put up when Sane was making the allegations. As such, Annie was ready for the reunion upon watching the latest episode just like the rest of us.

To make her feelings clear, she even shared a post which touted Soriha as a good friend for the manner in which she handled the matter when Jojo told her what Sane said. This is as Sorisha left the event, and when Jojo was explaining why she left, Sane again had amnesia about her utterances. But still Jojo referred to her as a friend.
It seems that Jojo does not know much about her friend's past, as it is reported that Sane has a murder charge that she faced a few years back. As reported

It seems like surviving in the entertainment industry, for Durban- based artists has become an extreme sport, with many artists coming out claiming their lives are at risk. Just recently Gqom musician TNS had his fans like deer in headlights, when he burst into tears on Instagram live, alleging that there is a group of people who were scheming for his demise.

The musician claimed the group wanted to end his music career. Now Uzalo actor Thobani Nzuza, has also come out to plead for help, even to Minister Nathi Mthethwa, after he alleges that Senelisiwe Bhengu, the manager of  Afropop musician Mnqobi Yazo, wants to kill him.

This is because Sanelisiwe allegedly claims that she made Mnqobi big, hence he owes her money and he must come and work for her again by force. Thobani has been thrust into this saga because he helped Mnqobi to escape as Sanelisiwe was threatening to kill him.
