Film producer and media mogul Connie Ferguson has since taken to her Instagram account to give her fans and followers something to be grateful for. Following the death of her husband, Shona Ferguson, Connie and her family have had to endure months of grief but it is good to see that they’re all handling life after Sho positively.

In a video she recently posted, Connie shared a video of her husband the late, Shona Ferguson sharing an inspirational message that has brought tears to the eyes of many fans. In the video, Shona is encouraging the viewer to affirm that, “The minute we start believing that we are worthy of happiness and success and wealth, and all the good things in this world, is the day we gonna stop bringing down another black man” Check out the video below

In the comment section, fans have gone ahead to pour out their love for Shona with many echoing how much they miss him. Not only that, fans are touched to see that even after his death, he still remains to be an inspiration to many, and not just in Mzansi alone.

These indeed have been tough times for the Ferguson family. Connie, who is The Queen’s producer, has also been allegedly having a hard time managing the Ferguson films after the passing of Uncle Sho. It was not that long ago when the Mzansi telenovela witnessed Cindy Mahlangu and SK Khoza leave the cast.

Connie Ferguson was immediately put on the spotlight with many wondering whether she can really keep the show going or whether this was just the beginning of the end for the Ferguson films. And although Connie never actively responded to these claims, The Queen remains to be one of the most liked telenovelas across Mzansi.

All in all, it seems Connie and her family are doing all they can to heal from the heavy loss of their patriarch, Uncle Sho. It wasn’t that long ago when Shona took to her Instagram to finally announce that she was going back to her normal routine that included working out and taking care of her body.

The announcement had fans excited and happy to see that they would be once again getting their workout inspiration from Connie. This is especially because Connie had not been back to the gym in a long time since the passing of her husband.

Up until now, the Ferguson family continues to leave a mark in the lives of many and not just through their films and productions but also through the Ferguson foundation that is ensuring the people in the community and the region are supported and their needs taken care of.
