LeAnne said she does not understand how this happened as she has tried so hard to protect her family from the virus.
She wrote: Time for a quick little life update since I’ve been MIA on these social media streets …The Dlamini’s have Covid! This week has been a complete nightmare…. I tested positive for covid on Monday followed by positive results for Sipho, Zani, and Nosizi on Wednesday. The only negative results were Zaya and Thato! I tried so hard to keep this virus away from our family, I just don’t know how… "
She said they are trying to manage the symptoms, she added that taking care of the kids while she is also trying to isolate has been challenging.
"We are managing our symptoms as best we can and we are all doing okay, thank God. Trying to isolate and still take care of Zaya and Thato I think has been our biggest struggle. It’s almost impossible isolating from children when all the adults have covid.
"This virus is evil. We also currently have so many family members and friends who have contracted covid this week. It’s been very taxing emotionally and physically but God has been our strength. "
She thanked her family and friends for their support during this difficult time. she also apologized to brands stating that she has fallen behind with campaigns.
LeAnne asked her fans to keep her family in their prayers and urged them to stay safe.
"Please keep us in your prayers, each day is very scary as you don’t know what symptoms you are going to wake up with. I’m trying to stay off social media too as all these RIP posts break my spirit and I’m trying to be strong for my family.
"Please be safe and take care of yourselves guys! We serve a miracle-working, mighty God and will come out of this victorious! Love you all and I’ll be back soon " she wrote.
Fans and other celebrities took to the comments section to assure LeAnne that they will keep her family in their prayers.
The newly engaged former Miss SA Laurie Liesl responded: "Focus on yourself and on your family’s recovery. ❤️ We are praying for you and we will be here when you come back to slay our timelines"
Award-winning singer Nhanhla Nciza: "What's important right now is that by God's grace you and family are recovering, we give Him all the Glory sis. Will keep you in our prayers 🌸🌺💖❤️"
