The Queen Sono star recently took to social media to share a video of herself exploring what she would look like as a man. There are filters available on Instagram and Tik Tok that allow you to do that, which is where she carried on with her experiment.
Pearl was pretty excited with the result – she thinks Paul Thusi would get all the babes. She captioned the video “PAUL THUSI about to take your girl! You’d date me. Don’t lie!” And listen, we have never been liars and we won’t start now. Yes, Pearl, you are right. We would absolutely date Paul Thusi.
It looks like it’s not just us who were momentarily confused by the video. The ladies poured into her comments to thirst for (him). Even Lasizwe was ready to risk it all for Paul Thusi, and he’s not even real.
Seriously though, how is it fair that she is attractive as two different genders and most of us can’t even pull off the one we live as? Make it make sense.
But it’s not just her face game that has refused to decline, her career is also all the way up. The actress recently bagged one of the biggest roles of her career. She announced that she will be in the second season of Netflix’s martial arts series Wu Assassins.
As the streaming platform shared the first look at the second season, we all sat riveted waiting to spot our queen. And indeed, we were not disappointed. In the brief trailer, she delivered more than we hoped or asked for, which is on brand for Pearl. Needless to say, we are already hooked and cannot wait for the season to premier. This is your cue to get caught up on the first season so we are all ready to go as soon as the second one drops.
Unfortunately, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing, as Pearl was recently in trouble with Mzansi for sticking with Dineo Ranaka through her controversy. The radio personality was recently suspended from Metro FM for doing the trending Tik Tok Trigger Dance Challenge, allegedly because she was dancing on expensive office furniture.
It all erupted in an uproar, and as Pearl came to her defence by taking a jab at Metro FM, the actress found herself in trouble too.
But it is all well, though, because Pearl is used to catching heat for standing up for other female celebrities, and none of the hate ever gets to her anyway.
