1.     Bonang Matheba 

To say Bonang has been making moves is a major understatement: she added a new member to the hugely successful House of BNG family with the launch of the Nectar, her House of BNG Prestige Reserve has scored 93pts at the Platter's Guide 2021, she joined US station iHeart Radio (with her show starting in 2021) and she was named the 4th most admired woman in the world. 

2.     DJ Zinhle 

This year DJ Zinhle has taken the Era by DJ Zinhle brand that was just a timepiece capsule and diversified its offering. The brand now offers Era Vision, which is her recently launched eyewear line. The line has been endorsed by many leading stars like friends Pearl Thusi, Moozlie, Ms Cosmo, Jessica Nkosi, Busiswa and even popular influential names like Kamo Mphela have also copped a pair. This is besides having already launched a bespoke furniture line, Jiyane Atlier in 2019. And this year with her launch of an AirBnB accommodation, and joining the Boulevard family

3.     Gigi Lamayne

The "Why You Mad" rapper took to social media to share that she is not only flourishing but flourishing so hard that she has bought offices to house her entertainment company. Gigi is the owner of the newest, freshest “talent, PR, management, digital and lifestyle plug.” The office space is already decked out with furniture and little reminders all over the space that reminds anyone who comes in who owns the place. Gigi even received kudos from her friend, Nadia Nakai, who might be one of the first celebs to pay a visit.

4.     AKA

Rapper and now businessman AKA has just made another major career move and is well within his bag! The rapper, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes has just made a huge announcement on his social media platforms saying he has acquired part ownership of his very own restaurant. After buying a huge stake of an existing restaurant previously called Cuba Lounge, he has re-named it to Cuba Lounge BLK. The restaurant and night-club is based in Durban, at the Moses Mabhida Stadium complex.

5.     Natasha Thahane 

Natasha Thahane is hard at work building her own empire as a woman in the media industry. The star introduced her production company 'Thahane Media' and fans couldn't be more proud. Thahane Media is the brainchild of The Queen actress and holds the title of executive producer. Since it's inception the company has hosted its very first event in partnership with Wits SRC, to host a praise and worship event 'Radical Trailblazers.' Performing was Dr Tumi, Khaya Mthethwa and the Wits Choir, to name a few.

6.     Moozlie

RUZ Vodka and Moozlie have formed a new long-term brand partnership. This relationship has been years in the making with Moozlie as a loyal friend of CRUZ, becoming a staple on the brand’s exclusive, star-studded SA Fashion Week party guest list. Moozlie has cemented her presence as a formidable force reigning as a rapper, fashion designer, model, creative, mogul - not only within SA Hip Hop but other industries too.
