Sharing the intro theme video of their channel with their fans on Instagram, Libho posted a video with a caption that read: “Here’s the intro theme video our YouTube channel #LifeWithLimna , hope you like it.”

“Yasssss. 👏👏👏 u both look so good together. The intro video is perfect 🥰. I am excited,” responded chynelsky.

@Tsholofelo: “I am totally in love with it its fire 🔥❤️🙌love really does exist guys>”
The couple has been keeping their fans in the loop through social media, posting cute snaps and videos of each other since they left the Villa.

Love Island SA debuted in March this year on Mnet DSTV channel 101 hosted by Leandie du Randt. Introducing the cast members on Twitter, the show wrote: “Introducing ten tantalising Islanders Got a favorite already? Too soon to tell? Carry on watching tomorrow at 21:30 on @MNet #LoveIslandSA.”

The show did not start off on the right foot as it received a lot of backlash. Many people were complaining about the lack of diversity on the show.

Here are a few reactions from Twitter.
“@loveislandsa_y’all fix this it’s embarrassing, stop playing and represent what SA truly is, y’all know damn well 80% are blacks in SA. What the hell is black x black, white x white coupling should I go on...I’m tiredFace with hand over mouth,” @Liienki.
“Truly disgusted by how the show only got 2 black people, this is South Africa. The majority of the population is made of melanin beauties and y'all have the audacity to humiliate us like this.”
Along the way, the show also lost one of the sponsorship Lotto Star.
The company released a statement on Twitter announcing its sponsorship withdrawal.

The statement read: “LottoStar has taken the decision to respectfully withdraw its sponsorship of Love Island SA. We wish the show and its contestants every success - Director, LottoStar. #LoveIslandSA.”

Mnet eventually released a statement promising to fix the lack of diversity issue.
“You called us out on the lack of diversity and production quality in our first episode of Love Island SA. We’re sorry- we didn’t meet our usual standard on both counts. We are working tirelessly to fix things, and to deliver the Magic you deserve,” wrote the show on Twitter.
