Once upon a time, the timeline was a mess when former lovers Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali battled it out after their messy divorce. All eyes were on their social media accounts but for the betterment of their children, they have let bygones be bygones. Now, fans get to focus on their talents and Black Coffee is getting thrown some pretty heartwarming praises.

It is without a doubt Black Coffee is an inspiration to a lot of people and they make sure to let him know that. By just posting a selfie where he gushes over music, Black Coffee got a fan relaying a sweet message to him saying the music industry needed him. The fan is in awe at how Black Coffee rose above the hate and soldiered on.

The international DJ has been getting so much success worldwide that he thanked himself for not giving up. "Nkosinathi. Thank you for not giving up Ntwana," he wrote.

This encouraged a lot of up and comin DJs and artists to also not give up at all.

Black Coffee has been embroiled in a few scandals and beefs this year alone. From his beef with his baby mama and ex wife Enhle Mbali to his beef with Prince Kaybee.

The fan saw it fitting to praise him for coming out victorious in all of these and still make good music in the process.

Starting with his beef with Prince, he boldly stated that he does not respect him whereas other people view him as a grootman instead.  He once told Everything SA Music in an interview that his feelings towards Coffee do not in any way take away the massive contribution he has made in the industry. But pointed out that he has a whack catalogue. He boldly stated that his is much better.

β€œI've got this thing about me … apparently it's being arrogant. I really need you to earn my respect, from a very personal point. Respect and recognition are two different things. I can recognise you as the world's number one DJ but you can't force me to respect you. Respect is personal...but what have you shown me to respect you,” Kaybee said.

"I don't see him as a God because there is no reason to do that. Other people do that. Also I don't think Black Coffee has a dope catalogue creatively. As a producer and musician, he does not have a great catalogue."

Moving on to his beef with the mother of his boys Anesu and Asante, the two recently had a public fallout when Enhle accused him of cutting their electricity supply out of spite. "We gonna shame the devil and enjoy the darkness. Me and my boys."

But Coffee told her to stop the attention seeking and put the boys first. "Stop lying!!! The lies are too much. I won’t be quiet anymore. The children you publicly claim to be protecting are suffering because [of] your lifestyle."
