A very curious DJ Maphorisa asked fans who is better between him and Madumane. Now, Madumane can be said to be Maphorisa's altar ego, kind of like Beyoncé's Sasha Fierce. He recently gained stardom for his fire verse on Izolo and fans demanded more of him.

The Amapiano star bragged about being the only artist to feature himself on a song and make it go viral. This is true so he decided that Madumane should stick around for a bit.

Madumane is more of a rapper but raps on Amapiano songs, compared to Maphorisa who produces the songs and also seldom sings on them.

He broke into the music scene with his verse on Izolo which is a song by Maphorisa and Tyler ICU, featuring Daliwonga, Mpura and Madumane.

People including AKA, gave Madumane his flowers and applauded him for that fire verse. They even though Reason ghost wrote that verse but he denied it - that's how good it is.

Asking fans who they think is better, although they might like Madumane more at the moment, they agree that he is nothing without Maphorisa.

Fans were very disappointed when MTV Base snubbed Madumane from winning a spot on the Base Hottest MC's list of 2021. I mean who came with the most relevant verse in 2021 other than the man himself.

Madumane was also slated to do big things in the music scene with a one man show. Madumane's first Live Session took place at Zone 6 Venue in Soweto, on October 29, and he said, "I'm about to make History with Amapiano Movement."

He also performed for the very first time as Madumane and his first performance was in Dubai, "Madumane ke star. First time performing as Madumane and it is in Dubai and I'm getting serious money.”

DJ Maphorisa has been accused of using Kabza to climb the fame ranks but he slammed people who said that.

"Haters want it down on platforms. Guys are jealous [of me] saying I am using Kabza. Why all this hate while everyone loves this project? Since Kabza started working with me has he ever missed a gig? So we don't deserve it," he slammed.
