The reality TV star is said to have caused havoc when he was evicted from his luxury golf estate home in Johannesburg by the property owner, Elizabeth Leonora Alexander.
The house in question is the Blair Athol Estate mansion, which appears on the dramatic reality show broadcasted on Showmax and Mzansi Magic, Lebo M Coming Home.
According to Sunday World, Alexander claims that the musician damaged a number of items in the house; including the curtains in one of the rooms, the gas braai, remotes, routers, painting and the floor. All of this because he failed to pay his monthly rent of R65 000 for months on end.
It is reported that he is now being sued for approximately R700 000 in rent arrears, four months’ loss of rental income, and payment for the damages he is accused of causing.
Drama seems to be the TV icon's middle name. Just last month, ZAlebs reported that he was fuming after reports that Tshepiso (his son) and Ayanda (his daughter-in-law) tied the knot at Home Affairs and they did not invite or let him know about it. He only found out about the wedding through his other children and he was not at all pleased.
However, his son and daughter-in-law could not care less about the decision and are too busy enjoying their honeymoon phase to care. When asked about her relationship with her father-in-law, Ayanda said, “My father-in-law has not apologised for the way he has painted me to the public, nor do we think he is going to, but we’re choosing not to hold on to it. We want to enjoy this new phase of our lives. We’re still not on speaking terms with him.”
If you've watched Lebo M - Coming Home, the Showmax reality show starring Lebo M, his now ex-wife Angela and their children, the legendary artist makes his feelings about Ayanda vehemently clear.
The music legend, on the show, reveals that he does not trust Ayanda and her family, and one of his reasons for this is the fact that he claims that they tried to get him to pay their outstanding electricity bill to the value of R200,000 as part of inhlawulo (damages) negotiations - this after Tshepiso (his son from ex-wife Nandi) and Ayanda became parents to their son King. The musician claims that Ayanda's family is money hungry and he often refuses to refer to Ayanda by name, calling her “that one” or “a prostitute who was there for his family money.”
This has caused a rift between the 56-year-old producer and his son, so much so that he decided to get married in secret and said he has no regrets about it.
The goal for the happy couple is to save up enough money for the wedding of their dreams, and to hopefully have Lebo M present if they are on good terms with him at the time.
